We use an online form to list your advert, this way all the details are sent directly to us from the site and we can place your listing live.

Your listing is normally online within 4 working days (Monday to Friday), you can review the listing and either make updates yourself or ask us to do it for you. We require that you fully review the page and advise us of any changes or update the listing yourself in order to ensure all the information displayed is accurate.

Images and logos can be uploaded through the online form.

a. What service do you offer? We offer an advertising only service in the form of a directory for all natural, organic, eco friendly, environmental businesses and services. We have various categories listed.

b. How can I list my advert? We use an online form to list your advert with us. Your listing is normally online within 4 working days (Monday to Friday), you can review the listing and either make updates yourself or ask us to do it for you. We require that you fully review the page and advise us of any changes or update the listing yourself in order to ensure all the information displayed is accurate.

c. What image formats can be uploaded? The system can accept jpg, gif, png, jpeg and bmp files up to 1 MB in size. We can also accept images by email or post. Due to poor quality in reproduction we are unable to accept photocopies of images. When sending the images by email we would prefer the image size to be a minimum of 640 pixels. This allows us to enhance the images. Please ensure that you have copyright, or the necessary permission to use the images sent to us.

d. Can I update my listing online? Yes, we have an Advertisers Area which you can log in to as an advertiser and make updates to your listing.

e. How do enquiries come from the site? Generally enquiries will be made via viewings to your site, telephone contact as well as walk in customers who have seen your advert on our site. If you have provided an email address in your advert, an enquiry form will also be available for site users to contact you. The enquiry will be sent from our site server.

f. Where will I appear on the directory? (search results). The order of business adverts in the Eco Directory is randomised on a daily basis, which we believe is fair to all advertisers.

g. How many enquiries can I expect from the site? This is the million and one dollar question and one that we cannot answer nor can we guarantee as it depends on too many variables, however as our site is targeting the green sector of the business market your advert will receive focused exposure.
