Jergens Naturals is a new range of body moisturisers which have recently been introduced to the UK market. They are made using almost 100% natural ingredients. Although Jergens is an American company, this new range is in fact, made in the UK to help reduce its carbon footprint, which is a bonus.
Over the past week I have been using both Jergens Naturals Ultra Hydrating moisturiser and Jergens Naturals Extra Softening moisturiser.
The Jergens Ultra Hydrating cream is made with 96% natural ingredients and contains Jojoba Oil, Avocado and Olive Oil. It is light and easily absorbed without leaving any oily residue and has certainly made my skin feel softer. The fragrance is quite distinctive so my preference is to use it in the evening before going to bed.
The Jergens Extra Softening moisturiser is made with 95% natural ingredients which include Shea Butter, Yoghurt and Soy Extracts. This is of the same consistency as the Ultra Hydrating cream and once again is light and easily absorbed into the skin. The fragrance is softer and it is great to apply to the skin first thing in the morning after a shower.
I have been impressed with both moisturisers and they have definitely helped to improve my skin, which feels smoother and more hydrated after being covered up over the winter months.
Jergens produce two other moisturisers in the Naturals range, a Skin Firming body moisturiser with Pomegranate, Aloe and White Tea and an Age Defying body moisturiser containing Green Tea, Mint Leaf Extract and Sage, both of which I am keen to try.
Jergens products are cruelty free, have been dermatalogically tested and are free from Parabens.
The moisturisers can be found on the high street from March 2009, so treat yourself and pep up your skin ready for warm spring days and summer holidays.
